Fabrication Welder - Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Mineola, TX. In this role, you will work in a shop environment assembling and welding components used in the production of CNC machines.

This position is ideal for dependable welders who take pride in producing quality work, following specifications, and maintaining a safe and productive workspace.

Responsibilities

• MIG weld and assemble components for CNC machine production
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all shop safety policies and procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
