Warehouse / Returns & Quality Control Associate

Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $18.50/hour

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse / Returns & Quality Control Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position will spend approximately 2 hours per day processing product returns, along with assisting with other assigned warehouse duties and quality control activities.

Responsibilities:

• Process, inspect, and document product returns
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records of returns, inspections, and inventory-related activities
• Enter and update information using Microsoft Excel
• Organize and maintain warehouse records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding returns, product issues, and quality concerns
• Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned
• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong record-keeping and data-entry skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Must be dependable and have good attendance
