Duration: 12+ Months (Potential to Hire)

Position comments:

1st Shift: 6:00am – 04:30pm - $17/hr on W2

2nd Shift: 4:30pm – 3:00 am - $18/hr on W2

Job Description :

Completes simple repeatable assembly operations of large or medium-sized components without use of machinery.

Assembly Associate

Assembly associates, seeking an excellent attitude

Expectations during interview is in person, they will be asked to test assembly, some math and, 15-part test for quality test and speed to see if they can in fact do the job, air-conditioned facility.

Asking for 10 will take up to 20 depending on attrition

Need to be able to lift 35 pounds, they do rotate it so it won’t be all day long carrying/lifting, could be estimated approximately any 3-4 box every hour for max 4hrs.

Assembly is a lot of sitting for physical requirement

Required Skill Set :

• Assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

• They will learn diff process onsite handling multiple parts for assemble.

• They could test modules, work on final procedure.

• Assemble with metal or plastic related to PCB

• Looking for 5 shift 1 and 5 for shift 2

• They will be handling very small parts that could conflict with long nails

• No open toe shoes allowed on the floor

• Dress code casual for work jeans is allowed but please come business casual for interviews
