Industrial Electrician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

·         Keep machines in operation.

·         Install and connect new wiring to new equipment.

·         Maintain electrical control components.

·         Put changes on existing drawings when changes are made.

·         Electrically trouble shoot equipment and circuits.

·         Repair single phase motors (not to include re-wire)

·         Heater-air conditioner maintenance.

·         Maintain plant water, air, lighting, and Fork Lifts.

·         Maintain power distribution equipment, which includes figuring under engineering specifications without any engineering help.

·         Tune RF generators on all production lines.

·         Wheel Seals:

Responsible for keeping machine operating, tuned, speed adjusted, circuits adjusted on hoist and trollies. pneumatics repaired, guides repaired.

·         Lap Seamers:

Responsible for keeping machine operating, tuned, speed adjusted, pneumatics repaired, guides repaired, seam width set, water drained from air lines, repair sealing heads and the right amount of air pressure on them.

·         Drums:

Responsible for keeping machine operating, repaired, tuned and running.

·         Filter Assembly:

Responsible for maintaining sonic welder and testing equipment.

·         Lomart Extruder:

Responsible for maintaining cooling system.

·         Other duties assigned by management.
