About the job

The Production Technician will assemble, test, and troubleshoot hydro-mechanical assemblies and

systems while supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production.


We're looking for someone who

● Has experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or related manufacturing work

● Has knowledge of hydro-mechanical systems and components

● Can read and compare parts lists to ensure assemblies are complete and accurate

● Can troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues during assembly and testing

● Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with engineering and assembly teams

● Follows safety procedures, standard work instructions, and production schedules

● Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement

● Can identify production issues and make recommendations to engineering and supervisors

● Can perform routine maintenance on equipment used in the Mechanical Assembly

Department


What you'll do

● Assemble and test hydro-mechanical system components and assemblies

● Prepare systems for performance testing, including hook-up and tear-down activities as

needed

● Compare system components against parts lists to verify completeness and accuracy

● Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic problems encountered during assembly or testing

● Perform routine maintenance on department equipment

● Work closely with engineering and assembly personnel to coordinate production activities

● Follow safety procedures and standard processes while meeting production schedules

● Support quality objectives through attention to products, services, and teamwork

● Communicate production issues and suggest solutions to engineering and supervisors

● Maintain effective communication and collaboration across the company

Physical requirements

● Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work with tools and equipment for extended

periods

● Must be able to lift and move mechanical components and materials as required

● Must be comfortable working around machinery and in a manufacturing environment

● Must have sufficient hand strength and dexterity to assemble, adjust, and troubleshoot

mechanical and hydraulic components
