Liability and Workers' Compensation Attorneys

Franklin & Prokopik, PC, a civil litigation defense firm is currently seeking liability and workers' compensation associates for our Richmond, Virginia office.

The ideal candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience, Virginia Bar required, experience in general litigation a plus. Experience with billing hours, the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management. This is a hands-on position with billable hours and heavy litigation. Salary is commensurate with experience.
