Pre Kit Assembler
· The job location is in Irving, Texas
· Monday thru Friday: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm-
· The pay rate if 18.50 an hour
· Must be available for Saturday for OT
· Temp to Perm opportunity
Summary/Objective:
The Pre-kit Associate will assemble subplate with a variety of components to meet the requirements of a specific controller.
Essential functions
· Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
· Read schematics or manufacturing prints and work orders for product specifications, such as materials, components, and dimensions.
· Understand and follow any manufacturing processes specified in the documentation.
· Verify quality of own work throughout entire assembly process.
· Complete work order from start to finish without supervision.
· Operate pneumatic tools such as but not limited to drills and miter saws to assist in assembly operations.
· Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or fasteners.
· Provide guidance and assist with on-the-job training of team members.
· Follow instructions and policies relative to quality and quantity work standards.
· Ability to communicate well with Wiring department to ensure a high level of productivity.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Motivated to complete daily tasks in a timely manner and help co-workers when necessary.
· Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues.

Required education and experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1-2 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, and/or assembly line role.
· 1-year experience operating hand tools.
· Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Preferred education and experience:
• 3 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, and/or assembly line role.
