What You’ll Need:
- Valid ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification; certification in Interventional Radiology preferred
- State of Illinois license or eligibility
- Recent experience as an IR Tech in a clinical setting
- Competency with imaging equipment and IR procedures
- ACLS/BLS certifications
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures
- Operate and monitor sophisticated imaging equipment
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures
- Practice strict infection control and uphold high safety standards
