Our Shuttle Drivers start at $27.05/hour, with top earners making up to $33.88/hour!
Annual earnings range: $56,264 – $70,470.40
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, with overnight hours from 8 PM – 5 AM.
The primary function of this position is to drive tractor-trailers containing various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, dry goods, etc.) to and from remote dispatch sites.

- Safely drive trucks to and from remote dispatch sites.
- May be called upon to perform duties of a Backhaul or Delivery Driver.
- Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions required.
- Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience required.
- Doubles endorsement required; minimum of six months of driving experience with doubles endorsement preferred.
- Must be comfortable working overnight.
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language, including holding a conversation, understanding highway traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.

*FMCSA Clearinghouse Requirement
Registering with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a requirement of the Department of Transportation. All drivers are required to register with the Clearinghouse database. The Clearinghouse is a secure online database that provides real-time information about commercial driver's license (CDL) and commercial learner's permit (CLP) holders' drug and alcohol program violations.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example, state minimum wage thresholds).
The starting base rate for this role is $27.05 per hour, with top earners making up to $33.88 per hour.
Annualized earnings range from $56,264 to $70,470.40, based on a 40-hour workweek. Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked, overtime, applicable incentives, and other factors.
As applicable, this role may also receive overtime compensation and incentives (i.e., based on cases, mileage, and stops).
