Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Step-down experience is preferred but not required.

Special Requests: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract.

Unit Details: Equipment includes Alaris pumps and Omnicell. Patient ratios are 1:6 for Med-Surg/observation and 1:4 for step-down.

Shift & Scheduling: Schedules are set. The clinician will be given the option to take call during times of low census, in rotation with full-time staff.

3 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
