Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required by the organization.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Flexible schedule with primary need of approximately 2 days per week for school-based services, with additional hours available in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Assignment may include school-based, inpatient, and outpatient settings based on departmental needs and therapist availability.

Location Highlights

Ellensburg, Washington offers access to outdoor recreation and a walkable downtown in the Kittitas Valley. Irene Rinehart Riverfront Park sits along the Yakima River in town, and Yakima River Canyon is about 15 miles south with rafting, fishing, and scenic drives. Olmstead Place Historical State Park is located in Ellensburg, and the city is about 35 miles from Cle Elum and the eastern slopes of the Cascade Range for hiking and mountain access. Downtown Ellensburg features historic brick buildings and local shops, and Interstate 90 provides a direct route to Seattle in about 2 hours and Spokane in about 3.5 hours.
