CDL B Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver with a valid Class B CDL to support operations throughout the Kansas City metro area. This position involves making local deliveries of materials and equipment, with occasional trips to more distant job sites. Drivers return to the Kansas City area each day, and no overnight travel or over-the-road routes are required.

• Make local deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and variable reach lifts.
• Support shop operations by assisting with fabrication activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Manage inventory and organize materials.
• Provide general support to the Shop Manager.

• Valid Class B CDL license.
• Ability to lift substantial weight.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.

• Experience operating forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and variable reach lifts preferred.
• Willingness to receive training and certification opportunities.

This is a hands-on role, involving both driving and loading/unloading materials, conducting inventory, and operating equipment in year-round climate conditions. Work hours are from 6am to 4pm, or until work is finished.

This is a Permanent position based out of Shawnee, KS.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
