Human Capital Management Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Specialist to support recruitment and general HR operations. This position will primarily focus on recruiting and talent management, while also assisting with other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate job postings and recruitment activities
• Review and screen applications for minimum qualifications
• Schedule interviews and participate in applicant screening and interviews
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks and drug screenings
• Assist with preparing employment offers and new-hire onboarding
• Maintain applicant, employee, and other HR records
• Collect and organize HR data and prepare reports as needed
• Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Respond to routine HR inquiries, emails, and requests
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, human resources, or related administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with applicant tracking or HR information systems is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
