Hours: 8am-4:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Biomedical Technician to join a large health system in the Orlando area. This individual will be responsible for performing routine safety checks, scheduled maintenance (SM/PM), calibrations, and repairs on diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment. Additionally, this individual will support the integration of medical devices with hospital IT systems and networks and enter documentation for all completed work to meet FDA, Joint Commission, and hospital regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate's in biomedical engineering
- Hands on experience repairing / troubleshooting Biomedical or hospital equipment
- Strong Customer Service Skills
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with specifically blood pressure equipment, patient monitoring, defibrillator, etc.
