Packer

A manufacturing packer responsible for packing finished products, counting materials, and following all safety and quality procedures. Work includes teamlift tasks, basic hand tools, labeling, and RF scanner use.

• Pack products of various sizes; teamlift longer/heavier items
• Stand for 12hour shifts; lift up to 35 lbs
• Count, label, and record quantities accurately
• Follow all safety rules, packing instructions, and PPE requirements
• Perform loading, picking, and general labor tasks
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

• 1+ year manufacturing packing experience
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and communication
• Comfortable in a hot, nontemperaturecontrolled facility

• 12hour rotating shifts (6a6p)
• Paid orientation/training week (MonFri, 8a4p)
• Three paid 10min breaks + paid 20min lunch

• Steeltoe boots & safety glasses required
• No phones on the floor

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
