Outside Sales Representative

An Insight Global client in the waste management industry is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth for a newly opened transfer station. This individual will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new customer relationships within an approximately 10-mile radius of the facility. The ideal candidate is a true "hunter" who thrives on generating leads from scratch, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and building a sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

This role will focus on targeting contractors, landscapers, plumbers, roofing companies, construction firms, junk removal companies, and other businesses that generate waste streams serviced by the facility. Success will be measured by the ability to increase market awareness, create qualified opportunities, and convert prospects into recurring customers.
