Job Description

·         Serve as the primary interface between customers and the internal manufacturing team to ensure seamless communication

·         Act as the key liaison providing customers with timely updates on sourcing activities and project status

·         Coordinate and manage all customer shipping logistics to ensure on-time delivery

·         Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, and all contractual provisions with accuracy and attention to detail

·         Enter and set up new customer account information within company systems

·         Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

·         Ensure customer adherence to established contract terms and conditions

Key Requirements 

·         BS Degree in Manufacturing or a related field

·         Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service

·         Aerospace industry experience is required — background may include sales, customer service, contracts, or proposals
