Job Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of salaried General Manager experience running a high-volume QSR, Fast-Casual, or casual dining restaurant doing 3M+ in annual sales.

• People Leadership: Proven mastery in recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining high-energy hourly crew and assistant managers.

• P&L Mastery: Thorough financial ownership of restaurant profit and loss statements, food cost yield, labor line management, and controllables.

• Drive-Thru & Speed Acumen: Deep understanding of drive-thru pacing, peak-rush staging, order accuracy, and throughput velocity.

• Hospitality Passion: Commitment to delivering flawless customer experiences and maintaining high community visibility through local partnerships.

• Certifications: Active ServSafe Food Manager certification (or ability to earn upon placement).

Job Responsibilities

• Assume total operational, cultural, and financial ownership as the restaurant General Manager in Pineville & Gastonia, NC.

• Inspire and develop a crew of 50–80+ team members, mentoring shift leaders and assistant managers for future management promotions.

• Drive peak drive-thru and front-counter speed of service while upholding immaculate product quality, freshness, and accuracy.

• Manage full-store P&L targets by optimizing labor deployment schedules, managing food cost variance, and controlling store inventories.

• Champion brand standards, food safety protocols, and health code compliance across the entire Pineville & Gastonia, NC restaurant footprint.

• Foster active community partnerships through fundraisers, local school events, and sports sponsorships to drive grassroots brand loyalty.

• Partner directly with Area Directors to implement best practices and consistently achieve operational audit excellence.
