We are looking for a Property Administrator to support daily property operations in Merced, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience assisting with administrative, tenant-facing, and operational tasks across residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The right candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable managing documentation, service coordination, and routine property support activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate routine administrative activities that keep property operations running smoothly across assigned sites.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants by addressing general inquiries and helping route service-related concerns appropriately.
• Track maintenance requests, schedule service work, and follow through with vendors or contractors to help ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, contracts, and other property documentation in an organized manner.
• Assist with rent processing, invoice tracking, and preparation of basic financial or operational reports.
• Arrange inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and other appointments related to property occupancy and upkeep.
• Review office records and compliance-related documents regularly to help keep files current and accessible.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers and on-site teams as business needs require.

• At least 1 year of experience in property administration or a closely related property management support role.

• Working knowledge of property management practices within residential, commercial, or mixed-use environments.

• Experience supporting leasing, tenant communication, and general administrative coordination.

• Ability to manage records, schedules, and multiple service requests with strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with rent collection support, invoice handling, and basic reporting responsibilities.

• Proficiency with Yardi Software and standard office applications.

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills in a customer-facing setting.
