Machine Operator II

The Packaging Operator II is responsible for operating and monitoring the carton printing line to produce high-quality printed packaging materials. This role requires an individual who can work independently, follow detailed production specifications, and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Candidates must be comfortable using computer systems to manage production-related processes and ensure accurate output.

• Operate and monitor carton printing and packaging equipment.

• Set up, run, and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.

• Verify printed cartons meet quality and customer specifications.

• Input and track production information using computer systems.

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

• Work independently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Assist with material handling and packaging activities as needed.

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery required.

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with electronic production systems.

• High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Warehouse-only experience is not sufficient for this position; candidates should have direct machine operation or manufacturing equipment experience.

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 15 pounds regularly.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and around operating machinery.

• Carton printing, packaging, or labeling equipment experience.

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience in a regulated environment.

• Experience following detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
