Job Title

Registered Nurse – MedSurg/Telemetry

Location

Concord, MA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend and every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years of prior MedSurg/Telemetry experience required
• Telemetry experience required; telemetry competency test administered on first day of orientation
• Meditech EMR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current Flu vaccine (2024/2025) required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced acute care hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a telemetry setting
