Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5:00–17:30) | Expected 36 hours/week with weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Apply professional and supervisory discretion in dynamic acute care patient situations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• BLS certification from an approved vendor required
• ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
• PALS (AHA or ARC) certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must wear navy blue scrubs per unit dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
