Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Nights

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those requiring advanced hemodynamic support
• Operate and manage Impella devices as part of critical care interventions
• Implement and oversee Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed to support unit operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior charge nurse experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Hands-on experience managing Impella devices
• Experience with Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) protocols
