Babysitter Needed for my Children

Full time childcare for my 2-year-old son, and school pick/part time care for my 6 and 4-year-old. School is one block away and children are used to being picked up and walking back home. Looking for someone who will take a preschool approach and foster an environment of learning and compassion. Empathy, learning, child independence, creativity, consistency and dependability. The kids love artwork, being creative, outside play, independent play, reading and learning. Live in a metro area with access to playgrounds, parks and more.
