This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Stoughton Ma. The role will be focused on handling inbound customer opportunities generated by our significant investments in lead creation and advertising. The role will represent our initial client experience and must be able to quickly assess their needs, solution the proper service model for the client across our national footprint, assess the best and fasted way to quote the service to the client and finally convert the opportunities into new business with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls related to fuel needs, pricing, availability, and service optionsSolution the best possible service to meet the clients specific needs on the call.Prepare accurate, timely, and customized fuel quotes based on customer needs and usage patternsActively convert inbound inquiries into new business and expanded customer relationshipsWork closely with sales leadership to develop product knowledge and pricing strategiesUse CRM systems and customer databases daily to track leads, quotes, and customer interactionsMaintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activity and customer communicationsFollow up on quotes and leads to drive conversion and customer acquisitionWork with field sales team members to engage clients locally who require more in depth contact to develop the opportunityCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
