Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for locum tenens coverage in Orangeburg, South Carolina, beginning in November and continuing through January, with the potential to extend.

This assignment offers something different from a traditional single-site Emergency Medicine opportunity: the ability to practice across two distinct ED environments—a substantial hospital-based Emergency Department with Level III Trauma capability and an affiliated freestanding Emergency Department. With a combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts and approximately 60,000 annual Emergency Medicine visits across the program, physicians can expect meaningful clinical variety throughout the assignment.

At the main hospital, physicians practice within a 286-bed acute-care environment with Level III Trauma capability, providing access to the resources and clinical breadth of hospital-based Emergency Medicine.

The affiliated freestanding Emergency Department provides a different practice setting within the same assignment, giving physicians the opportunity to move between traditional hospital-based EM and freestanding emergency care.
