This position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive family medicine services, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives within a supportive environment. Opportunity Highlights

• Location: Hart, Michigan
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Office Hours: Monday 7:30am–6:00pm, Tuesday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm
• Shared on-call responsibilities: approximately 8 weeks per year across multiple offices
• Practice setting: Community-based primary care with a team of physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Teaching opportunities: Residents, medical students, and fellows

Clinical Scope

• Providing direct patient care across all ages in family medicine
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Mentoring and teaching residents, medical students, and fellows
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts

Requirements

• Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
