About who needs care: She has been falling recently. Has been dealing with early stages of dementia About the care needs: Someone to be with her even its just her going outside or laying down. Just so she is not alone and something happens or she does any activities that increase fall risk Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
