Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I'm a firefighter working a 24/72 schedule and my wife is a dispatcher working a rotating 12hr schedule. Our schedules overlap 4-8 times a month which is what we are looking to get help with. Would be with the 2yo for the day and the 4yo is dropped off at school/Prek3 (m-f) at 730, picked up at 230, the school is 1. 3 miles from our house. Can work schedules out a month+ in advance but the days we would need care would be approximately 600am-800 p.m. and would be seeing my wife as I am usually gone before they are up the days I work and I'm on for 24hrs.
