Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Im looking for a patient and caring babysitter for my 6-year-old autistic grand child. He is nonverbal and communicates through gestures and body language. He is very energetic and seeks a lot of sensory input, so he does best with someone who is active, engaging, and attentive. He enjoys movement and sensory play, and benefits from someone who can help keep him safely occupied. He is not yet toilet trained and will need assistance with diapering/toileting. Experience with autism or special needs is strongly preferred. I'm looking for someone calm, reliable, and understanding who can follow his routine and support his needs.
