You translate sequences into reliable code, commission systems that match design intent, and fine-tune operation until everything clicks—delivering comfort and efficiency for the people inside.

Your mission

• Engineer, program, and commission BAS/DDC/PLC-based HVAC controls for commercial and industrial projects
• Build graphics and sequences that are clear, maintainable, and aligned with specifications
• Continuously optimize performance and troubleshoot issues, on-site and remotely
• Partner with engineers, project managers, and technicians to keep projects on track
• Support start-up, testing, and produce thorough documentation for turnover
• Provide technical support to clients and field teams

What sets you up for success

• 3+ years in HVAC controls programming or building automation
• Fluency in mechanical systems, control sequences, and electrical fundamentals
• Experience with Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Distech platforms
• Ability to read and apply wiring diagrams, blueprints, and control schematics
• Analytical mindset, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle included for work travel)
