Plant Supervisor Support Personnel

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Some Saturdays may be required.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to support daily toilet paper production, warehouse, loading, inventory, and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations and the Plant Supervisor.
• Operate production equipment, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks.
• Assist with loading, inventory, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Complete basic office and computer tasks using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and company systems.
• Fill in for production operators as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Occasionally lift up to 120 lbs. using proper equipment or assistance.

Requirements

• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification.
• Production line machine operations and equipment experience.
• Microsoft Office/Outlook and computer experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred: Mechanical aptitude, warehouse/inventory experience, forklift trainer certification, and experience with Replicon, Deltek, 716B Compact Score, or Casmatic Wrapper.
