Are you a diesel technician who’s tired of:

• Working around parts changers
• Fixing the same truck twice
• Watching obvious problems get missed
• Being Un-Appreciated for the work you do

JG Diesel Repairs & Towing is looking for a Master Diesel Technician who takes pride in doing the job right—the first time.

If you’re the type who:

• Diagnoses the root cause, not just the symptom
• Sees everything affected in a failure
• Thinks through problems instead of guessing

You’ll fit here.

• No in-shop weekends (rotating on-call schedule for emergency services)
• Consistent, steady workflow — no sitting around
• Proven systems that keep work moving efficiently
• Strong leadership with clear expectations and accountability
• Customers who approve real repairs—not patch jobs

This is a shop built for technicians who want to produce, grow, and get paid accordingly.

• 5+ years of hands-on diesel experience (Class 4–8 trucks)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
• Experience with Cummins, CAT, Detroit, PACCAR, etc.
• Familiarity with diagnostic platforms (Insite, DDL, ServiceMaxx, etc.)
• A “fix it right the first time” mindset
