Production Supervisor

 

 

 

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations and provide direction to production employees. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating jobs, monitoring production efficiency, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. The supervisor will train and coach employees, address performance issues, and work closely with plant leadership and other teams to keep production moving. This position is also responsible for supporting company policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts.

The base salary range for this position is $24-26 per hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
