What You’ll Do

• Operate Haas VMCs and CNC lathes to produce precision parts to print.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor each operation, making allowable adjustments to keep parts in spec.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Inspect first-piece and production parts using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production schedules and quality targets.

What You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience with Haas CNC machines (or similar platforms).
• Strong print-reading and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and consistent quality mindset.
• Effective communication and a team-oriented approach.
