We're currently seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Service Technician to join our residential service team. This position focuses on troubleshooting HVAC systems, addressing warranty-related concerns, identifying installation or equipment issues, and completing necessary corrections to ensure systems operate properly.

Pay and Benefits

• $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of residential HVAC service experience

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to independently identify HVAC system issues and determine appropriate corrective actions

• Understanding of residential HVAC equipment, installation practices, and system operation

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, elevated areas, confined spaces, and outdoor environments

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional and patient approach when addressing homeowner concerns

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resolving issues correctly

• Ability to maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with internal teams

• Dependable work ethic and commitment to continued technical development

Preferred Qualifications

• Universal EPA certification

• Previous experience handling residential HVAC warranty calls or installation-related service issues

• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty requirements and procedures

• ServiceTitan experience

• One year of residential plumbing service experience

• Possession of, or ability to acquire, required HVAC service tools

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
