What You’ll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment across residential and commercial sites.
• Commission new HVAC installations and validate system performance.
• Rotate through after-hours on-call coverage.
• Communicate clearly with clients, addressing concerns and explaining findings.
• Coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, timely, and quality outcomes.

What You Bring

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA Certification.
• Driver’s License.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Self-starter who thrives in both solo and team settings.
