Role focusAs a Medical Device CNC Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert safeguarding the reliability and output of our Mori Seiki Mill Turns, Makino 5-axis Mills, Tsugami Mill Turns, and Citizen Swiss machines—vital equipment for producing precision medical components.
ShiftMonday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Impact you’ll have- Prevent unplanned downtime with thorough, scheduled PMs and targeted inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults quickly and safely.
- Team with production and engineering to resolve issues fast and protect delivery timelines.
- Record repairs, inspections, and parts changes with accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with installing and commissioning new CNC assets to spec.
- 2+ years maintaining CNC equipment in medical device manufacturing or a comparable precision environment.
- Hands-on skill across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for CNC machinery.
- Comfort with CNC controls and programming fundamentals—Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
