Pay Rate: $1,900 – $2,010/Week

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide nursing care, medication administration, resident monitoring, and ongoing support in a long-term care setting.

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska LPN/LVN license in hand.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.

• LTC experience required.

• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers are not accepted.

• BLS certification required.

• Alaska Food Worker Certification required; may be completed during onsite orientation.

• Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

• Assist with resident assessment, monitoring, and ongoing care.

• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the ECS system.

• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members.

• Provide safe and compassionate resident care.

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Float within scope as needed to meet facility staffing needs.
