Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role:
Veracity Ventures Inc. is looking for a talented and driven Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Waco, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing and advancing our cold forming production processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong hands-on cold forming/cold heading experience
• Experience with steel, aluminum, alloys, tooling, dies, and punches
• DOE, SPC, Cp/Cpk, process capability, and continuous improvement
• NPI, PPAP/FAI, pilot builds, and production launches
• Root cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, scrap and downtime reduction
• Experience supporting multiple plants, suppliers, or tool shops
• Willingness to travel 50–75%

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
