Fleet Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air brake systems
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, and suspension issues
• Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working on diesel engines (Freightliner, Peterbilt, etc. preferred)
• Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier regulations
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
