Harvey Automotive’s Lexus and Cadillac body shops are seeking a dedicated Estimator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll prepare estimates and handle scheduling, customer communication, insurance paperwork, and support the body shop team to keep repairs moving smoothly and provide excellent support to our staff and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify required repairs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates, including labor, parts, materials, and refinishing
- Complete other tasks related to the estimates
- Manage administrative tasks for the body shop
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers
- Answer phones, emails, and customer questions
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services
- Assist in processing insurance claims
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Support the body shop manager with daily operations
- Process payments and invoices
- Support estimators and technicians with daily admin tasks – undergo training to become an estimator.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator and/or an administrator role preferred
- Body shop, dealership, or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High school diploma or equivalent
