Multimodality Tech (CT / X-Ray) – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday–Saturday depending on facility needs | Weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures in a fast-paced free-standing emergency and urgent care environment
- Operate Siemens CT and X-ray equipment as well as GE Portable imaging systems
- Document and chart patient imaging data accurately using Epic EMR
- Wear a radiation badge at all times during shift — badge must be supplied by the placing agency prior to start
- Participate in weekend rotations as required by facility scheduling needs
- Be aware that during hurricane season (June–November), all contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- SCRQSA (R)(CT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Radiation badge required — must be provided by the placing agency; the facility does not supply radiation badges to travelers
- Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
- Prior travel assignment experience, though first-time travelers will be considered
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
- Experience working in an emergency or urgent care imaging setting
- Gain diverse experience across both an acute hospital setting and a free-standing emergency and urgent care facility within a single assignment
- Free on-site parking available for the duration of the contract
