Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services including evaluations and re-evaluations at a 1:1 patient ratio
- Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic conditions (total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain), neurological conditions (TBI, stroke), and chronic pain (low back and cervical)
- Utilize standard outpatient therapy equipment, including access to a connected fitness center and pool
- Document patient care and progress using the Meditech EHR system
- Maintain valid Ohio Physical Therapist license throughout the duration of the assignment
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience; new graduates are not eligible for this position
- Ohio is not a compact-eligible state for this assignment; a state-specific license is required
- Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR platforms
- Expected 32+ hours per week with no call requirements, no float requirements, and no weekend obligations — allowing for a predictable and balanced schedule
- Located in the scenic Ohio River Valley, with easy access to outdoor recreation, local attractions, and three-state weekend adventures to Columbus, Cincinnati, Huntington WV, and Lexington KY
