Physical Therapist (PT)
LocationTracy, MN | Outpatient / Inpatient
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility | Minimal weekend and holiday coverage expected
Key Responsibilities- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments across outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings
- Provide supervision of PTAs as required
- Utilize equipment including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, and iontophoresis
- Document patient care using EPIC electronic charting
- May float to other therapy locations within the organization as needed
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) License
- BLS Certification
- Minnesota Background Study
- Minimum 1 year of experience with orthopedic and rehabilitation skills
- Must live within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for local placement consideration
- Experience working in both outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
- Experience with PTA supervision
- Work in a welcoming outpatient department with an attached wellness center within a community hospital environment
- Benefit from on-site EPIC training as needed and consistent management support throughout your assignment
