CT Technologist

Key Responsibilities- Perform and document diagnostic CT examinations upon the order of an approved healthcare provider
- Administer oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of a physician or per established protocol
- Analyze CT examinations for quality control purposes and prepare completed examinations for radiologist interpretation
- Assist physicians with special procedures involving the use of CT imaging
- Transport, move, and position patients in a safe and appropriate manner
- Operate all CT-related equipment and facility-based computer systems, and participate in quality assurance and quality control activities
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved program
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in both Radiography and CT
- Active Ohio state licensure in Radiologic Technology
- Current CPR certification (or When Seconds Count certification) required and must be maintained annually
- Minimum of two years of experience in a diagnostic imaging setting
- Familiarity with handoff communication and continuity of care protocols in a clinical environment
- Opportunity to work in a structured, rotating night shift schedule with a predictable weekend rotation
- Gain experience supporting a full range of diagnostic and interventional CT procedures in an acute care environment
