Radiologic Technologist (CT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends; on-call availability required
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality diagnostic images that meet established radiology department standards for physician interpretation
- Demonstrate competence across a variety of imaging equipment and technology, including CT systems
- Practice and enforce proper safety guidelines for patients, self, and support personnel
- Foster teamwork and ensure a high level of patient service through effective communication and proper technique
- Maintain flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and shift lengths, including response to an on-call pager
- Perform additional functional duties as assigned to support efficient and optimal patient care
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
- ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
- BLS certification required
- Appropriate state licensure in the state of practice, where required
- Prior experience as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
