Companion Care Needed

About the care needs: Cleaning, Cooking, assisting in Adult Briefs changing, applying Diaper Rash Cream to sensitive areas with clear plastic disposable gloves. Im NOT recovering from any Surgery. My Pancreas is Swollen and squeezing my Urithra so I have tiny accidents during the day, Urin , at nighttime I flood the bed. I usually do not wake up. In the morning it's quite a mess. Having to change the bedding and myself. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
