**Job Description** **Job Description:** **BAE Systems is seeking a motivated Legacy Planning Team Lead to support Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) leaders as part of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Integration Support Contract (ISC).** **Detailed Job Description:** The Sentinel ICBM weapon system (formerly GBSD) is an enormous and complex Mega-Project modernizing the entire ICBM weapon system deployed across tens of thousands of square miles in five states. The new weapon system includes replacement of hundreds of aging Minuteman III ICBM facilities to secure and support a newly designed, technologically advanced ballistic missile. The complete replacement also provides an entirely new command & control system as wellas vast array of required support equipment specifically engineered to operate and sustain thenew weapon system over the decades ahead. This position will directly support the AFGSC/A10 and associated personnel, as theysupport key internal and external shareholders vision, direction, and implementation during the transition from Minuteman III to the Sentinel weapon system. Dutiesinclude servingas the operational requirements advocate and coordinating bridge for modernization, depot-level programs,and life extensionefforts, developing, modifying, tracking, and executing AFGSC ICBM legacy system planning factors. Additionally, the Legacy Planning Team Lead will develop and mature relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders at the wing, numbered air force and headquarters levels, providing deployment and transition perspectives and recommendations. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge and experience with wing and headquarters maintenance planning & activities, experience & interactions with wing operations centers, and understanding of wing operator, base support, & security forces actions. _Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status._ _This position is_ _a full-time 5/40 role_ _located at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, due to special-access, classified working environment and is_ _not_ _conducive to regular telework schedules._ **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Required Skills and Education** -10 years experience in missile wing operations -Knowledge of weapon system Deactivation, Demilitarization, Disposal, & Deployment (D4) -Knowledge of Nuclear Command, Control & Communications (NC3) -Knowledge of Military Construction (MILCON) -Experience with Integrated Planning Team (IPT) -Experience with DoD requirements development -Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment -Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance -Bachelor s degree **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** **Preferred Skills and Experience** -Active TS security clearance -Experience with Supply Chain Management -Experience with Risk Management and Mitigations -Understanding of Earned Value Management -Understanding of Training and Evaluation process development -Master s degree **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
