Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting in accordance with facility protocols and standards of practice
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and specific scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submission; post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs or Leads are acceptable)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard terms; candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Familiarity with floating between multiple care settings or sister facilities
• Experience working within a large health system environment
